The Patient Transporter transports patients to and from departments. Other duties include but are not limited to; greet and assist patients and other visitors in a polite and friendly manner.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

• Transportation experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification desired.
• Starting April 2014, all new hires will require a High School diploma or Equivalent.

Pay Transparency

Saint Michaels Medical Center offers competitive compensation and the current compensation range for this role is $19.26 Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
