Our client is a growing wealth management firm located in Darien, Connecticut. They are seeking a Wealth Manager to join their team. Manage and grow a book of business under supervision while continuing to develop financial planning expertise.

Purpose

Fully own a client book and lead comprehensive planning and relationship management efforts.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned client relationships.
• Lead client meetings and financial planning engagements.
• Mentor junior advisors and CRMs.
• Contribute to firm revenue and AUM growth.

• Strong understanding of planning software and compliance.

Experience & Education

• 7-10 years of financial industry experience.
• Completion of over 50% of CFP modules.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

• Base salary: $125,000 - $200,000; 25% (of net payout) quarterly bonus on new money and new planning fees.
• Discretionary bonus based on leadership, education, or impact.
• Medical Insurance: 50% employer-paid (< 5 years); 75% employer-paid (5+ years) *employee only
• Dental Insurance: 100% employer-paid
• Vision Insurance: 100% employer-paid
• 401(k) Match: 100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2%
• Life Insurance: $10,000 employer-paid
• Short-Term Disability: 60% of salary up to $500/week
• Long-Term Disability: 50% of salary up to $1,000/month
• Paid Time Off: Unlimited PTO (subject to approval)
