Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary of $550,000-$600,000
- Partnership track in 1?2 years with a low buy-in
- Partner compensation exceeding $1.2 million annually , plus ASC distributions
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

Practice Highlights
- Physician-owned and physician-led with no private equity involvement
- Established group of 9 Gastroenterologists with continued growth plans
- State-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center with:
- In-house pathology
- Dedicated anesthesia services
- Multiple ancillary revenue opportunities
- Dedicated support model with 2 Nurse Practitioners per physician
- Advanced GI support with established ERCP services
- Opportunity for EUS training and mentorship
- Collaborative, collegial practice culture focused on clinical excellence and physician autonomy
Work-Life Balance
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Half-day Fridays
- Minimal call responsibilities:
- Approximately 2 weekday nights per month
- Only 2 weekends per year
- Efficient practice structure designed to maximize physician productivity while preserving personal time
