Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Elmhurst, IL (fully onsite, five days/week) Compensation: $22-$24/hour Structure: Contract-to-hire Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.

About the Role LaSalle Network is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a seven-person recruiting team in Elmhurst, IL. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to build a strong foundation in talent acquisition. Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Support special projects for the recruiting team
• Assist with interview scheduling and day-to-day recruiting coordination
• Review resumes and confirm basic candidate information, including licensure status, as needed
• Work within iCIMS and support text-based recruiting campaigns
• Use Dayforce, SharePoint and WebEx as core daily tools
• Provide additional administrative and recruiting support to keep hiring processes moving efficiently

What You Bring

• No prior professional recruiting experience required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Willingness and ability to work fully onsite in Elmhurst five days per week
• Interest in building a career in recruiting or talent acquisition
