Practice Highlights Outpatient clinic Monday to Friday 36 patient contact hours per week with day administrative time Flexible schedule options: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Work alongside 2 physicians and 4 nurse practitioners Approximately 16 to 18 patients per day Fully staffed clinic with care management team and onsite pharmacy Opportunity to perform minor in office procedures Call 1:7 shared call rotation Approximately 4 to 5 days per month Nurse triage call system Compensation and Incentives Base salary: $250,000 to $350,000 $150,000 student loan repayment $50,000 sign-on bonus RVU bonus opportunities Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 457(b) retirement plan with employer match Company-paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Collaborative culture where physicians help guide clinical initiatives and community care Qualifications MD or DO Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine Eligible for Illinois medical licensure Current DEA registration
