Location: Department 1311 - DeForest 6058 Pepsi Way DeForest, WI 53598 Requisition: 229750 Pay Range: $16.65 to $22.52 Shift: Evenings

Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

As a Custodial Facilities Support coworker you are responsible for all the custodial and sanitation needs for the 285,000 square foot Distribution Center. By joining the Distribution Team, you will learn the skills necessary to keep the large, fast paced, high volume Distribution Center up to our industry leading standards.

This position will be responsible for general cleaning, equipment operation mainly in the cooler/freezer area as well as light maintenance and groundskeeping functions.

Work Schedule: This is a Full Time position working 5, 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Shift is from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM or until end of shift. This schedule may include weekends, holidays, and possible over-time opportunities as well.

Qualifications:

• Accurate / detail oriented
• Adhere to sanitation / hygiene standards
• Willing to learn / perform variety of job tasks
• Work in a fast paced warehouse environment
• Work in a noisy environment
• Ability to work well alone or as part of a team
• Read / follow instructions and standard operating procedures
• Work in a safety conscious environment
• Ability to self-motivate and carry out daily tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to operate a variety of cleaning and sanitation equipment
• Work in a variety of temperature conditions
• Prior custodial / sanitation experience is a plus
• Physical qualifications: Stand up to 10 hours, lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 pounds at waist level occasionally, lift/carry/push/pull up to 30 pounds to 60inches occasionally, lift/carry/push/pull up to 10 pounds to 72 inches rarely, bending, reaching, twisting, stooping and squatting frequently. Work in -20 90+ degree F temperatures.
