Be a team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables properly. Have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products. Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food & bar beverages, helping guests, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is fulfilled. Teamwork is essential. Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during your shift. We are Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse, an Australian-themed restaurant established in March 1988. We take food seriously, with a focus on fun, and strive to positively impact the lives of our "Outbackers". We believe treating people "Just Right" leads to success.
