You don't just guide the direction; you lead by example, setting the highest standard in sales performance. Your commitment to being the store's sales leader and "rainmaker" is pivotal. Secondary to your personal sales achievements, you play an essential role in developing the team to realize their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently set and surpass benchmarks, while motivating your team to do the same.
• Foster a culture of accountability and dedication within the sales team, ensuring alignment with store objectives.
• Lead by example, showcasing unparalleled sales prowess and instilling a culture of excellence.
• Ensure sales metrics are consistently achieved, setting the benchmark for the team.

• Identify strengths and areas of improvement within the sales team, offering tailored coaching and feedback.
• Develop and conduct regular training plans and sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring the team is equipped to excel.
• Promote a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging team members to share insights and innovative ideas.

• Maintain the seamless running of the store, ensuring all operations align with company standards and policies.
• Oversee inventory, ensuring products are optimally stocked and effectively displayed.

Work Schedule:

• Expected Hours: 45 to 50 per week.
