About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Entry-level Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries about our diverse range of products. This is a great opportunity to start your career in customer support and grow with a dynamic company.
What You'll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with patience and empathy.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
