ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2010 after working in investment planning and financial services, bringing a strong background in financial guidance and long-term strategy into agency ownership. Our team has grown to 11 members, and were proud to be one of the top-producing agencies in the state.

Outside of the office, Im a well-known musician on the island and stay deeply involved in the community coaching youth basketball, serving on the local school board, participating with the food bank, adopting a highway, and sponsoring school events. Giving back is part of who we are, and its something our entire team takes pride in.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kit Okazaki - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
