Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current Arizona Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
• Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
• Previous experience working in a school-based environment is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse student needs
• Passion for supporting students’ developmental and educational progress

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
• Work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to implement treatment interventions
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and provide updates to the educational team
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
• Assist with evaluations and contribute to team development of therapy plans
• Support both group and individualized interventions, adjusting strategies as needed
