Finance & Business Controlling Intern - Hair Professionals - Summer 2027

What you’ll do

As a Finance & Business Controlling Intern supporting Henkel’s Hair Professional brands, you will:

• Gain hands-on experience in corporate finance through reporting, planning, and business analysis activities
• Provide business controlling and financial support to cross-functional teams
• Expand your knowledge of financial management and reporting with full exposure to the P&L
• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports to support strategic decision-making
• Participate in both independent and group projects that contribute to short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization

What makes you a good fit

• A current undergraduate student planning to graduate in 2028 or 2029 and majoring in finance, accounting, business administration, supply chain, or similar
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Power BI and/or SAP experience are a plus
• Interest in the beauty industry

• This internship is not eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support. 
• This internship has a duration of May 24th – August 13th.
• Recruitment for our 2027 internships starts in September 2026 and runs through early March 2027 or until all our positions are filled

The salary for this role is $27/hour. This is the rate that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
