Neurohospitalist cases · Credentialing timeframe: 90 days · Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
Epic · Certifications required:
Must be Board Certified · Licensure required:
Active Washington State license or attach Active Letter of Qualification for Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), must have
Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS)
