Step into a vital role providing essential psychological services in an educational setting this summer. An opportunity awaits for a skilled School Psychologist to support students and teams during the Extended School Year (ESY) program, working on a contract basis. The assignment runs from June 29, 2026, through July 31, 2026, with work scheduled per diem for a total of 15 hours across the summer. If further hours are needed to meet increased demands, these will be coordinated and approved accordingly.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Active certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience providing services in school settings, particularly in ESY or summer programs
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with school teams, students, and families
• Experience with psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and behavioral interventions
• Ability to work independently and adapt to the flexible needs of a summer program

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver psychological assessments and develop appropriate interventions in support of student learning and well-being
• Consult with educators, families, and administrators to create a positive educational environment
• Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling as needed during the ESY term
• Maintain accurate and confidential records aligned with school policies and regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary discussions
