Maintenance TechnicianAs a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for completing daily work orders and service calls, and maintaining an accurate log of routine and preventative maintenance performed on Boyne Mountain Resort structures. As a Boyne Mountain team member, there are so many awesome perks for you to take advantage of, such as: ski passes, golf passes, waterpark passes, and discounts for food, beverages, retail, daycare, and so much more!ResponsibilitiesPerforming pool care and maintenance; boiler room water chemical testing and water softener care and maintenanceConducting air conditioning and heat change overCompleting guest room care and maintenancePerforming food service equipment repair and maintenanceReviewing and performing preventative maintenance on plant equipmentAssisting in snow removalPerforming infrastructure maintenance; water system inspection and maintenanceMaintaining accurate time and material repair billing recordsUtilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessaryQualificationsYou are at least 18 years oldAchieved a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidaysYou possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electricalYou have a knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpfulYou are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipmentYou are able to crouch, bend, stand and/or sit in one position for prolonged periods of timeYou possess a valid driver's license
