Oracle Reporting Analyst III

The Oracle Reporting Analyst III serves as the lead reporting professional responsible for driving complex reporting initiatives, defining reporting strategy, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions across Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM. This role leads the design, development, and optimization of enterprise reporting solutions and acts as the primary liaison between IT and business leadership, translating data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across financials, and human resources. The position provides technical leadership, governance oversight, and mentoring to reporting resources, establishes reporting standards and best practices, and ensures alignment with organizational data strategy. The Oracle Reporting Analyst III leverages Oracle BI tools including BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, BICC, Microsoft Power BI, and Fusion Data Intelligence to deliver enterprise-ready reporting solutions. This role guides reporting architecture decisions and ensures consistency, performance, and sustainability of reporting frameworks. Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Technical Skills Required Oracle Tools: Expert in OTBI, BI Publisher, Microsoft Power BI, HCM Extracts, and BICC (BI Cloud Connector) Database & Querying: Expert knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Functional Modules: Deep understanding of data models in Oracle Finance, and/or Human Capital Management (HCM). Preferred Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Experience in Oracle GenAI, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services for AI, such as OCI Data Science, OCI Vision, and OCI Language and Microsoft Azure.
