Electrical SuperintendentPosition Overview The Electrical Superintendent will oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves managing electrical teams, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage electrical construction projects from start to finish.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.Supervise and train electrical teams on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding timelines and budgets.Conduct inspections and audits to ensure work performed meets industry standards and regulations.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.QualificationsProven experience as an Electrical Superintendent in commercial construction.In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Familiarity with NEC (National Electrical Code) regulations is a plus.Experience in electrical contracting and electrical construction projects is preferred.Benefits Vacation/PTOMedicalDentalVisionBonuses401kRelocation
