Accounts Executive/Assistant Accountant (One-year Contract)

Accounts Executive/Assistant Accountant (One-year Contract) Salary: SGD 3,800–4,500 (commensurate with experience) We are seeking a committed and detail-oriented candidate to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and supporting the company’s operational finance functions. Responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts, including balance sheet schedules, profit & loss statements and variance analysis Perform month-end closing activities, including journal entries for accruals and provisions Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of variances Review AP payment vouchers Handle AR functions, including billing, collections and reconciliations Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns Handle monthly and quarterly corporate reporting requirementsLiaise with external auditors and support audit-related matters Ensure timely and accurate reporting under tight deadlines Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior Requirements Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience Experience in handling full set of accounts independently Knowledge of GST and corporate reporting requirements Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP experience Manufacturing industry experience will be an added advantage Meticulous, organized and able to meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Hi-P Precision Technology
