Description:
The Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support is responsible for supporting our customer base. The responsibilities involve customer service related functions including assisting with order and product inquiries, processing returns, assisting customers with product issues such damages, warranties, and defect related concerns along with working with various vendors to assist in supporting our customers.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
9:00am - 6:00pm
Requirements for Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support:
- Effective planning and organizational skills
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
- Basic conflict resolution skills
- Drive to consistently improve and learn
- Adaptable in high stress situations
- Ability to function as part of a team

Ecommerce Order Fulfillment Support duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Attention to detail and superior decision making
- Maintain an organized work-space with multi-tasking capability
- Analyze and identify sales trends along with providing customers recommendations for continued sales growth
- Work within a team to complete tasks and achieve goals
- Ability to review projects and tasks analytically to achieve the most optimal outcome
