Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Key Responsibilities Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments Initiate plan of care as needed and appropriately supervise resident care Develop assignments in coordination with the care partners and keep each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction Part Time – Saturdays 6a‑6p Compensation Pay range: $48+/hr depending on experience + $2‑$3 shift differential* Qualifications Current RN license in the state for which applying Current CPR certification Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post‑acute or sub‑acute care preferred New grads welcome Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Plans – start the 1st of the month following your start date 20 days of paid time off (increases with years of service), plus 7 company holidays 401(k) with up to 4% employer match and no waiting on funds to vest HSA option with employer contribution Tuition Reimbursement and continuing education programs $25/line unlimited cell phone plan (plus taxes and fees) Cell Phone Stipend 5‑star employer‑paid employee assistance program *Please Note: Benefit eligibility is determined by employment status and regularly scheduled hours.
