If you are passionate about health education, patient outreach, and clinical support, this position provides an exciting environment to grow and contribute.– Greet and room patients in a professional, friendly manner. – Support front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and answering phones. – Take vital signs and document patient information accurately. – Perform phlebotomy, including drawing blood and venipuncture procedures. – Administer vaccines and provide clinical support as needed. – Ensure effective communication with patients and staff to promote a collaborative care experience. – Maintain accurate documentation within electronic medical records (EMR). – Support health education and outreach efforts in the clinical environment. – Keep clinical areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, excluding externship. – Phlebotomy and venipuncture skills required. – Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. – Effective communication skills to interact with patients and team members. – Computer proficiency necessary for clinical documentation and scheduling.– Medical Assistant certification is strongly preferred. – Experience working in a primary care or outpatient setting. – Ability to work weekdays, including consistent availability for scheduled shifts. – Schedule includes Monday to Friday shifts, with typical hours from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, including a daily lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. – Willingness to contribute to health education and outreach initiatives within the community. – Prior experience in a clinical environment focused on total population health management preferred.This position is an excellent opportunity for healthcare professionals committed to providing compassionate care, supporting health education efforts, and working within a collaborative team.
