Physician Emergency Medicine - Competitive Salary

Job Description

This community hospital in Cordele, GA, a JCAHO accredited facility, is seeking two board certified/board eligible Emergency Medicine physicians to join the hospital Emergency Department staff.  The physician will receive a competitive salary based on national salary guidelines with, full hospital employee benefits. 

Practice highlights

• Physician shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a
• APP shifts are 10a-10p
• We have 1 doctor and 1 APP during the day and 1 doctor on at night
• Average census is about 50-60 per 24-hour period
• 24/7 hospitalists and they do the admissions for the ED
• Level 3 trauma
• Hospital provides scribes
• I would prefer not to advertise an exact pay rate, but here’s what we will be offering for the opportunity

• Significant loan repayment- hospital will pay about $100k in loan repayments
