This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer/Fall with potential to continue ongoing. Perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Shop, enjoys online communities, and wants hands‑on experience in the fast‑growing world of social commerce and livestream selling. What You’ll Do Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers Monitor community chats and help answer creator questions in a timely manner Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow‑up communication Help identify and source new untapped TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations Help track creator participation and campaign performance Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators Support product launches and special campaign initiatives What We’re Looking For Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities Strong communication and organizational skills Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams Bonus Points If You Have experience moderating or managing online communities Have experience creating TikTok content Understand TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce Are highly active on social media platforms yourself Spanish‑speaking is a major plus Bloom is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
