This individual will focus on turning newly defined processes into practical, repeatable daily routines by creating rollout plans, training users, tracking adoption, auditing process use, and helping teams close gaps quickly. The successful candidate should be comfortable working across departments and able to support change in a lean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Support the rollout and implementation of new QMS processes, procedures, forms, trackers, and standard work across quality, production, customer service, order management, and other support functions. Develop rollout plans that define scope, affected users, training needs, communication steps, go-live timing, ownership, and follow-up activities. Create practical SOPs, work instructions, process maps, checklists, training guides, job aids, and visual controls that make new processes easy to understand and use. Lead or facilitate training sessions for new and revised processes, including preparing materials, documenting attendance, assessing understanding, and following up with users after training. Track implementation progress using action item logs, project trackers, training records, readiness checklists, audit schedules, and status updates. Conduct process audits, layered checks, and follow-up reviews to verify that new processes are being used correctly and consistently after rollout. Identify adoption barriers, unclear ownership, documentation gaps, training needs, and process breakdowns; work with process owners to develop and implement corrective actions. Partner with cross-functional teams to clarify roles, define handoffs, establish controls, and ensure process changes are practical for daily operations. Support lean and continuous improvement activities by using standard work, visual management, 5S, root cause analysis, problem solving, and waste reduction methods. Maintain QMS documentation, revision history, implementation evidence, training records, audit results, open action items, and effectiveness verification records. Prepare clear status updates for leadership and process owners, including rollout progress, overdue actions, audit findings, training completion, risks, and next steps. Support CAPA, containment, and improvement initiatives by helping teams document actions, verify effectiveness, and sustain process discipline. Perform limited hands-on inspection and containment support, as needed, to help verify suspect product, support urgent quality risks, and connect process improvements to real shop-floor conditions. Skills & Qualifications Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, Operations, Training, or a related field; equivalent hands-on experience may be considered. 2–5 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, process implementation, training coordination, continuous improvement, documentation control, or operational support. Experience supporting rollout of new procedures, systems, forms, training programs, or process changes in a manufacturing or operational environment. Working knowledge of QMS concepts, document control, internal auditing, corrective action, training records, process standardization, and effectiveness verification. Strong organization and follow-up skills with the ability to manage action items, trackers, deadlines, audit schedules, and implementation evidence. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify process expectations for different audiences. Ability to lead small-group training, coach employees on process use, and provide constructive follow-up when gaps are found. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with SharePoint, ERP systems (F&O), learning tools, dashboards, digital QMS platforms, or basic inspection/containment practices is a plus. Experience working in a growing or evolving Quality Management System (QMS) environment where processes, documentation, and ownership structures are being established and standardized. Lean, Six Sigma, root cause analysis, 5S, Kaizen, or problem-solving training. Manufacturing experience in a mid-size company with high product mix, custom orders, or frequent priority changes. Experience supporting process audits, supplier quality issues, complaint investigations, or CAPA implementation. Implementation and builder mindset : Able to move processes from concept to daily use through planning, training, tracking, and follow-up. Process discipline : Understands the importance of standard work, documented evidence, ownership, and consistent execution. Training and coaching : Can explain new processes clearly, lead practical training, and support users after go-live. Audit readiness : Comfortable verifying process use, documenting findings, and following up on corrective actions. Lean thinking : Looks for waste, variation, unclear handoffs, and opportunities to improve flow and usability. Accountability and follow-through : Drives tasks to closure and escalates barriers when needed. Cross-functional communication : Works effectively with production, quality, engineering, customer service, purchasing, and leadership. Change leadership : Helps employees understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to apply it in daily work. What Success Looks Like New QMS processes are rolled out on time with defined owners, trained users, required records, and clear go-live expectations. Training completion, process readiness, open actions, audit findings, and implementation status are visible and actively maintained. Employees understand and consistently use new procedures, forms, checklists, and standard work after rollout. Process audits confirm that new requirements are being followed and that gaps are documented, assigned, and closed. Leadership and process owners receive clear, accurate updates on rollout progress, risks, overdue actions, and next steps.
