Job Description
Nursing - Adult Critical Care

Schedule

12-hour Night shifts, 3 on, 4 off.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Adult Critical Care.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Two current references from Charge/Supervisor/Manager.
• Updated resume including any gaps in employment.
• No more than 5 days of requested time off.
• Must be available to work every holiday and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for adult patients with complex medical issues, including but not limited to general surgery, respiratory failure, and cellulitis.
• Manage patient flow, including floating to multiple units as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality patient care.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatment options.
