Interior Superintendent

Job Title Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior construction projects Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of high-end finishes Coordinate schedules, inspections, and site logistics Support project management functions including reporting and coordination Ensure work meets safety standards and client specifications Utilise Procore and internal systems for tracking and documentation About Our Client A reputable general contractor specialising in high-end interior construction across hospitality sectors such as restaurants, bars, and casinos. Known for delivering premium finish projects, they operate with modern systems and a strong on-site execution culture. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in luxury or high-end custom homes. Strong experience building in Palm Beach and/or Jupiter Island. Deep understanding of high-end finishes, specialty trades, and top-tier craftsmanship. Able to read and interpret detailed architectural and interior design drawings. Strong communication and client-facing skills. Experience coordinating with high-end subcontractors and knowing local pricing/market expectations. Procore experience preferred; knowledge of Sage Estimating is a plus (not required). Stable work history delivering multimillion-dollar homes.
