We are hiring a Licensed Residential HVAC Service Technician to serve homeowners throughout the Marble Falls area. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, working directly with customers, and recommending solutions that improve comfort and indoor air quality.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Service equipment from brands such as Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Ruud, Goodman, American Standard, Mitsubishi, and Payne.
• Perform residential HVAC system installations and replacements.
• Provide homeowners with clear explanations and professional recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to offer beneficial products and services, including UV air purification systems.
• Prepare estimates for full system replacements when qualified.
• Maintain accurate service records and a clean, professional appearance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation approximately two weekends per month from May through September.
• Provide occasional phone support to the technician on call when you are not scheduled.
• Safely operate and maintain your assigned company service vehicle.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Texas HVAC license.
• Current EPA certification.
• At least two years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Experience independently operating a service van or truck.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
• Working knowledge of major residential HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable weekday attendance and a strong work ethic.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience installing or servicing UV air purification systems.
• Ability to estimate full residential HVAC system replacements.
• Experience recommending and selling additional services in an honest, customer-focused manner.
• Residential HVAC installation or replacement experience.

Location Requirements

Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following areas:

• Marble Falls
• Burnet
• Horseshoe Bay
• Spicewood

Qualified candidates may receive up to $1,500 in relocation assistance.
