Dual Modality CT and X-Ray Technologist

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00).

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Dual Modality Technologist who is proficient in both CT and X-ray imaging. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care, perform imaging procedures, and support the operating room as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging procedures with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide coverage in the operating room as required.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
• Administer contrast media as per protocols and safety guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Utilize advanced imaging techniques, including 3D rendering and multiplanar reconstruction.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CT Technologist; 2 years preferred.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT certification in CT required.
• Must possess a valid MD State License or compact license.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
