Location: NY - New York - Hybrid
Type: Contract
Experience: 5+ Years
Business Systems Analyst with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM experience to support FP&A systems, financial planning, configurations, integrations, and continuous improvement.
The role will translate finance business needs into requirements, system solutions, testing activities, and adoption plans while partnering with Product Owners, finance leaders, and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, acceptance criteria, and product priorities.

Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM capabilities including dimensions, metadata, forms, business rules, workflows, security, and data loads.

Lead testing, defect resolution, release readiness, operational support, and continuous improvement across FP&A and finance processes.
