Video Engineer (Charlotte Metro)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Candidate will keep a large enterprises Cisco/Webex meeting rooms operational, make sure Cisco rooms work with Microsoft Teams and calendar, troubleshoot issues, and test upgrades and changes before they reach production.

• Cisco Control Hub – Administration & provisioning

• Webex Meetings / Webex Calling

• Hybrid Calendar – Microsoft 365 / Exchange

• CVI / VIMT – Teams interoperability

• Cisco Expressway – Video infrastructure

• SIP & Video Conferencing Protocols

• Enterprise Meeting Room Support

• QA / UAT / Regression Testing

• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis

• Teams Rooms / Teams Admin Center

• Monitoring & Performance Analysis

• Automation / APIs

• Large-Scale Enterprise Deployments

Highest priority:

• RoomOS, Control Hub, Hybrid Calendar, CVI/VIMT, Expressway, and QA/Regression Testing.
