Responsibilities Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger Lead portions of the month‑end and year‑end close process Maintain accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset schedules Review accounts payable and accounts receivable activity Assist with revenue recognition and cost accounting Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and management reporting Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with internal and external audits Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Support tax filings, process improvements, and system enhancements Partner with operations and leadership to provide financial insight and support business initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and the month‑end close process Advanced Excel skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi‑entity environment is a plus Exposure to cost accounting, revenue recognition, or audit support is beneficial $60,000-$70,000 based on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off Stable, growing organization with opportunities for professional development #J-18808-Ljbffr
