Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable, compassionate HHAs or CNAs to join our team at Care Connect at Home, a family-owned home care agency serving seniors and adults who need extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. About the Role:

As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality, compassionate care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

• Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Meal prep and feeding assistance

• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes)

• Following personalized care plans

• Reporting any changes in condition to our team

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a candidate who is:

• Florida HHA certified or CNA licensed

• CPR certified

• Current TB test

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Experienced with Hoyer Lifts

• Able to pass a Level II background check

• Dependable, compassionate, and professional
