Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our clinical team and deliver compassionate, personalized care to residents. Key Responsibilities Administer medication and nursing care as directed by each resident’s care plan. Conduct resident assessments and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Lead and mentor team members while advocating for resident needs. Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. To be eligible for consideration Current, unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
