Operations Specialist

Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Duration: 6 + Months

Daily Responsibilities:

General data entry related to loan information
Phone and service responsibilities: verify wire and payment information with clients and reps, troubleshoot issues
Complete requests via workflow/SSR

Must Have Skills:

At least 1 year of Banking experience (Data entry within the banking field)
At least 2-5 years of service experience (customer facing)
MS Office including Excel (intermediate-Expert)
