Memory Layout Tech Lead & Team Builder

Role Overview We are establishing a new Memory and Custom Layout Design team in Germany and are looking for experienced layout professionals who enjoy technical ownership, mentoring, and shaping teams . This is a long-term leadership opportunity for someone who wants to influence how things are built , both technically and culturally — not just execute tasks. The role combines hands-on layout expertise with team-building and technical leadership responsibilities .
