We are seeking a motivated and registered Dental Hygienist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This rewarding role involves delivering comprehensive dental hygiene care while staying current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene practices. Candidates with experience or interest in digital dental software and imaging technologies will thrive in our modern clinic.

$44~$52 per hour

Requirements

• Infection Control License
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Current registration as a Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Wisconsin.
Experience in direct patient care and dental hygiene procedures.
Proficiency in dental sterilization procedures and infection control.
Ability to operate dental imaging equipment, including digital sensors and CBCT.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft.
Strong communication skills and compassionate patient interaction.

Job Description

Provide general dental hygiene care for patients of all ages, including prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and patient education.
Perform dental radiographs using digital sensors and Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) imaging equipment.
Manage sterilization and disinfection protocols to maintain a safe clinical environment.
Prepare treatment rooms for dental hygiene procedures and ensure they are efficiently turned over between patients.
Deliver pre-operative and post-operative instructions to patients to support optimal oral health outcomes.
Utilize Eaglesoft software to document patient records accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with dentists and the dental team to facilitate coordinated care and superior patient experiences.
