• Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

• Location: Winston Street, Greensboro, NC (On-site)

• ⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Full-Time; On-call rotation for weekends/nights)

What You’ll Do As a Janitorial Supervisor on our team in Greensboro, you lead daily cleaning operations to keep our client's facility safe, pristine, and running smoothly! Your daily responsibilities as a Cleaning Supervisor will include:

• Directly supervising general cleaners, assigning daily work zones, schedules, and project tasks.

• Training new team members on cleaning procedures, chemical safety, equipment use, and PPE.

• Inspecting completed work regularly, maintaining check-logs, and enforcing safety compliance.

• Serving as a hands-on Janitorial Team Lead by managing inventory, participating in the on-call rotation for night/weekend needs, and stepping in to clean when needed.

What You Bring To The Team

• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in janitorial or commercial facility operations.

• Flexibility to participate in an on-call rotation for nights and weekends as needed.

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.

• Reliable work ethic, strong organization, and professional communication skills.
