Position Overview Location: Ann Arbor, MI Remote Status: On-Site Job Id: 6212-31512M # of Openings: 1 Seasonal School Photographer – JostensPIX (Seasonal position starting July 21, 2026) We are looking for seasonal School Photographers to join our fast‑growing, fun‑loving team. No experience required—just positive energy, a reliable vehicle, and a passion for making kids smile. Benefits 401(k) match eligibility from Day 1 Seasonal flexibility: work through November with a chance to extend into December depending on event schedules Average 30+ hours per week with overtime pay during peak weeks Paid training Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement Promotion potential: become a Photo Team Lead and earn an extra $1 per hour Daily Pay option (get paid daily) Access to discounts on insurance, travel, pet care, and more Your Role Capture genuine smiles and priceless school memories Use your personal vehicle to travel to local schools and support picture day Travel to schools, travel, and accommodate occasional overnight stays (hotel + per diem paid) Transport, set up, and take down photography equipment at school locations for photo day events Use photo software to organize and manage images Build hands‑on photography experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting Qualifications High school diploma or GED (must be 18+) Reliable, insured vehicle and valid U.S. driver’s license (public transportation not permitted) Willingness to start early (driving starts as early as 4 AM) and occasional extended hours when traveling Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs of camera equipment Ability to store camera equipment at home when not in use Cheerful, friendly personality—especially around kids Comfortable working in a school environment with children of all ages and abilities Strong communication, customer service, and tech skills Comfort working independently for smaller events after training Travel to schools, as scheduled, for photo day events Comfort working with computers/cameras and ability to learn new programs Professional grooming and appearance that reflects Jostens standards Reliable cell phone and internet access Local Requirement Must reside in Ann Arbor, MI area May be required to complete additional background/health screenings as determined by state policies Application Deadline July 21, 2026 (Applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled) Equal Opportunity Employer Jostens is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with applicable employment laws.
