Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities
- Providing expert advice on tax and estate planning matters, including estate tax, gift tax, 706, 709, and trust planning.
- Drafting and reviewing tax and estate planning documents, including revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.
- Advising clients on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Representing clients before tax authorities and in court proceedings.
- Researching and staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals to provide comprehensive legal services to clients.
- Providing legal advice on a wide range of issues related to the healthcare industry.
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- An LLM in Tax
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney focusing on tax and estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations, particularly estate tax, gift tax, 706, 709, and trust planning.
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing tax and estate planning documents, including revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Admission to the state bar.
