As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Digital Documentation in Seattle, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.85 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Tue: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Wed: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM Thur: 07:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a residential community. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established post instructions. Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
