Family Medicine Physician (Valley Health Services, Herkimer, NY) Per Diem

Overview:

Bassett Healthcare Network in central New York is seeking a Per Diem Physician for Valley Health Services.

Per Diem Rate $150.00 per hour/paid malpractice insurance

• Valley Healthcare Services , a 160-bed, long-term care and short-term rehabilitation facility is a privately-owned, not-for-profit organization providing care to a largely rural population and strictly adheres to its Vision Statement to be recognized as a premier employer and provider of adult living services, promoting optimal quality of life with regard to mind, body and spirit.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Collaborative Working Environment
• EMR – Point Click Care & EPIC
• Benefit from an academic affiliation with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons with opportunities for teaching and collaboration

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• NYS Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required
• DEA Required

• Per Diem Rate: $150.00 per hour
