Senior Commercial Counsel — Tech Licensing & Gov't Contracts (Washington)

SynMax, Inc. is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to lead end-to-end negotiation of licensing and commercial contracts, support government contracting, export controls, IP protection, and corporate matters, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

You will own the contract pipeline and advise on FAR Part 12, DFARS data rights, classification reviews, and intercompany arrangements, collaborating with Sales, Product, and Finance.
