Production Associate / Soldering Technician

Job Summary

Build and assemble products in a manufacturing environment. This position involves soldering, wiring, assembly work, and using hand tools to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Assemble products and components following work instructions.
• Perform soldering on small parts and electronic components.
• Build and connect wiring and cable assemblies.
• Use hand tools to assemble and test products.
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy.
• Label and move materials between workstations.
• Complete production paperwork as required.
• Help with other assembly, wiring, and production tasks as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with small parts and hand tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Team player willing to learn different production tasks.

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or soldering experience.
• Experience with wiring or cable assembly.
• Entry-level candidates with strong mechanical skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM).

This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Concord,NH.
