CDL B Truck Driver - Local Routes

As a CDL‑certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Safely connect to truck hoses to customer oil tanks to load/unload cooking oil Use company‑issued iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers to meet their needs Monitor tank levels to avoid oil outs and ensure seamless service Always uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old High School Diploma, GED highly preferred Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting Strong safety mindset Bilingual (preferred) Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic troubleshooting 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience (preferred) Driving Record Expectations Safe Driving Record (Past 36 Months): Minimal to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations Zero Tolerance (Past 5 Years): No DUI/DWI convictions; no speeding over 100 mph Drug & Alcohol Compliance: Must pass a DOT pre‑employment drug screen and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing after hire Compensation $29.00 per hour + Shift Differential + OT + Quarterly Bonus up to $5,200/yr Opportunities to increase base pay with weekend shifts, tenure, and level‑up development programs Available Shift(s): 4/10s, Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 4:00 AM, 1 hotel stay required per work week Depot Location: Noblesville, Indiana Benefits Medical coverage with $0 premium for single coverage or employer HSA contribution for family coverage Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement & more 401(k) with matching contribution up to 4.5% of compensation Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Employee referral bonus program $3,000 and new customer referral program $200 EEO Statement LI‑RB1 Inclusive Employer – At Restaurant Technologies we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we’re proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and affirmative‑action employer.
