• 100% no-touch freight. You spend more time on the road and less time waiting. Drop & hook with preloaded trailers.
• Built-in stability without the hassle. No need to source freight or manage billing, compliance, or collections-Roadrunner handles it, so you can focus on driving and earning.
• Team up your way. Already have a partner or need one? Roadrunner can help match you with a teammate.
• No forced dispatch. You decide what freight you take-period.

Start Your Team Driving Career Here

• One truck. Double the miles. Teaming means the truck almost never stops, and neither does your earning potential. Teams running with Roadrunner average $8,000 or more per week paid to the truck* - a level of revenue that's simply out of reach for solo drivers.
• More miles, more momentum. With one driver resting while the other runs, teams can cover the kind of mileage that stacks income fast. OTR lanes are designed to keep trucks moving, with drop & hook freight, preloaded trailers, and no appointments slowing you down.
• Earn above published rates. Teams earn an additional $0.20/mi* on top of published rates - rewarding the productivity that team operations deliver.
• You choose when and where. No forced dispatch means you're in control of your lanes, your routes, and how long you stay out. Roadrunner recommends teams stay out 2+ weeks to maximize earning weeks, but the schedule is yours to run.
• Built-in teammate, built-in support. New to teaming? Roadrunner can match you with a compatible teammate so you can hit the road with confidence - no need to figure it out alone.
