Corporate Learning, Development and QA Director, Hotel

Hotel Corporate Learning, Development And QA Director Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Corporate Learning, Development and QA Director for an organization in Northern Central US. The work includes leading by example at all levels of execution, evaluating training/development needs of properties and departments, creating and delivering the infrastructure to support all operational learning and development needs and programs, creating and implementing effective training solutions to constantly improve service breakdowns, inefficiencies and productivity. The role also involves evaluating and monitoring the development, effectiveness and consistency of the programs, being involved in optimizing creating/implementing on-boarding/off-boarding processes, analyzing guest experience to increase guest satisfaction, identifying department trainers to deploy consistent onboarding and cross training plans and programs for new and existing associates, leading all associate classroom training workshops, managing compliance training programs, developing, maintaining and distributing status learning and development reports to Lead Team periodically and as needed, creating yearly learning & development plan and calendar, and traveling to properties for two to four weeks at a time. Additional responsibilities are required. Requirements include 5+ years of experience as a hotel Corporate Learning, Development and QA Director, previous success with both independent and branded hotels, a Bachelor's degree preferred, multi property or corporate level experience, and must be based in Minneapolis. Compensation is a yearly salary base range of 80-90k. Hospitality Spotlight
