Registered Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab/EP

Job Summary:


Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with specialized experience in Cardiac Cath Lab/EP to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The role involves performing advanced cardiac procedures and supporting patient recovery and education.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.
• Assist with and monitor complex cardiac interventions such as LHC/PCI, TAVR, Watchman, EP ablations, Renal Denervation, and Peripheral procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, treatments, and patient responses in the EMR system.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Support patient education and prepare patients for procedures and recovery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse license and a minimum of 1 year of current hospital Cath Lab RN experience.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate experience with Meditech, GE MacLab, and Cardiolab systems.
• Exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and strong team-oriented skills.
• Be capable of working rotating weekends and on-call nights as required.
• Prefer candidates with EP, Stemming, or additional advanced cardiac procedure experience.
