Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions.Position Summary The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work. Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programsMonitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient methodMonitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employeesPrepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant informationQualificationsQualificationsMinimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experienceNCEER Certified Plus (Preferred)Supervisory experience (Preferred)Moving forward togetherWe want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
