We're looking for a proactive, peoplefocused Human Resources Professional to join our plant leadership team. In this role, you'll be a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping shape a positive, engaged, and highperforming workplace. As our Human Resources Professional, you'll play a key role across many HR functions, including:

• Support core HR disciplines such as employee relations, benefits administration, compensation/merit processes, HR compliance, wellness initiatives, and employee activities
• Partner closely with leaders and key stakeholders to coach, influence, and support effective business decisions
• Prescreen candidates and support recruiting efforts to meet growing staffing needs
• Lead and support employee onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Serve as a resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and general HR support
• Assist with disciplinary processes, investigations (taking the lead when needed), and unemployment claims responses
• Maintain accurate employee personnel records and audit timekeeping data (UKG/Kronos)
• Identify training and development needs; deliver or coordinate soft skills training, policy updates, and required annual HR and legal training
• Monitor employee morale and culture; drive engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, onboarding improvements, and community outreach
• Collaborate crossfunctionally to support Safety, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain initiatives
• Maintain strong visibility on the plant floor and support effective facilitywide communication
• Continuously improve HR processes and help build a strong employer brand within the local community

Skills & Abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
• Strong collaboration, coaching, and problemsolving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of motivation, initiative, and discretion
• Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with HRIS systems; UKG/Kronos experience is a plus
• Lean manufacturing knowledge or exposure preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant setting
• PHR certification preferred
