Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
- Repair doors, fixtures, appliances, and other building components
- Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards
Qualifications:
- Previous maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
Schedule & Pay:
- $20.00/hour
- Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Friday: Half-day, ending at 12:00 PM
- Full-Time
